Loft Conversion And Staircase – Walton-on-Thames 2008

Here we have a loft conversion, that we completed in 2009. We put a staircase in to match the existing staircase, coming off of the landing. We then made a walk-in wardrobe, and a storage area at the top of the stairs, that could be converted into an upstairs toilet at a later date. The client then asked us to install air conditioning into the roof, because they were worried about how hot the loft would get in the summer. The unit we installed also works as heating for the winter.
